This cordial is made from rich red fruit juices, elderberry, blackcurrant and cherry, combined with aromatic sweet spices, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg and a zesty touch of orange.
We have improved the recipe leaving some of the spices in the bottle.
This gives a richer fruitier drink with an almost wine-like taste. The flavours marry and mature gently after bottling. A very heart warming and festive drink in the colder weather, especially when drunk hot, ideal as an alternative to alcoholic drinks. |

This is a high quality cranberry cordial made with 35% juice.
The best cranberries grow in acidic boggy conditions where they ripen to give a mouth puckering intense red juice that is far too bitter to drink neat.

Our elderflowers are grown on our own farm here in Twyford.
Elderflowers are a delicate flower with a refreshing spring scent and make a delicious cordial.

Our ginger cordial is made from organic ginger from Africa and organic sugar from Brazil blended together to create a rich, fiery ginger drink guaranteed to chase away the winter chills.

The lemons for this cordial are supplied from groves in Sicily and Greece where they ripen in the Mediterranean sun.
